CAMP
Near the apartment there is an idyllic camp, which is a great choice for all those who would like to get away from everyday stress, relax on vacation and enjoy the beautiful nature.
There is a camping space for up to 5 tents, free parking, shared bathroom (shower and toilet) and the possibility of sharing a small kitchen and refrigerator, use of washing machine and dryer or even renting a tent for up to 4 people. All plots have the possibility of connecting to electricity.
In addition to tents, up to 5 motorhomes can be found on the farm, with electricity and water connections and a shaft for waste liquids (2 parcels with electricity and water).
ECOLOGICAL FARM
The Knap organic farm has nine head of livestock, so you can get fresh milk every day. If there is any milk left, Mrs. Knap makes young cheese, occasionally cottage cheese.
On the farm you can also get potatoes, beans, spelled and rice flour, and Mrs. Vanja also makes organic rice pillows from puree. In addition to bread, you can also bake a birthday cake by prior arrangement, as well as offer decorative bottles with spirits that are suitable for gifts.
LOCATION, SURROUNDINGS
The apartment is only a few meters away from the forest, through which you can walk or bike along the marked macadam paths to a few kilometers away Begunje or Rakeka. In front of the apartment you can relax in the garden, and the youngest will enjoy the children's playground.
ACTIVITIES
Apartment Knap is an excellent starting point for cycling and hiking. You can cycle along the cycle path that connects Cerknica and Dolenje Jezero to Lake Cerknica, and Rakov Škocjan with its impressive 40-meter-high natural bridges is also close by. Križna jama, known for its underground lakes, is a 20-minute drive away, and from the apartment you can also head to the 1114 m high magical mountain Slivnica and enjoy refreshments with an exceptional view of Lake Cerknica.
