Next to the Restaurant and Pizzeria Pri Stani, you can stay in one of five accommodation units, all of which are furnished in a beautiful rustic style. Three apartments and two rooms offer accommodation for a total of 17 people. If you visit us as a family or in a couple, you will find accommodation for yourself. Each unit has a balcony overlooking the village, private bathroom, refrigerator, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, bed linen and towels, and by arrangement and extra charge you will also be served home-made daily meals. Accommodation is suitable for families with small children (eg cot, rooms on the ground floor), cyclists (bicycle storage, drying room)…

MOTORHOME PARKING

The parking for motorhomes and caravans Pri Stani was renovated in 2020. The stop is in the most secluded part of the estate, where guests have privacy and peace and a beautiful view of Slivnica and part of our intermittent lake.

Complete care of the motorhome is provided, as free disposal of faeces and wastewater is available, as well as paid supply of drinking water and electricity. The toilet is available to all visitors 24 hours a day. Parking spaces are 10 x 6 m, so they are also suitable for larger motorhomes.

RESTAURANT AND PIZZERIA

You will enjoy homemade dishes prepared according to traditional recipes. The restaurant is open every day of the week from 10 am to midnight. It is also possible to book for smaller celebrations, conferences, as well as for excursion groups up to approx. 80 people. In summer you can enjoy food in the summer garden and terrace.

The capacity of the restaurant is 90 seats inside and an additional 50 in the two summer gardens. The offer is based on dishes with a touch of homeliness, with which they want to preserve the traditional cuisine of the region: house jota, kavra (local stew), chef's stew, goulash, Slovene pork sausage and sauerkraut…, and of course they serve other dishes to order.

SURROUNDINGS

The estate boasts a more than 100-year tradition of catering. The surroundings of the restaurant are tidy and quiet with a large parking lot for guests. Žerovnica is a quiet and idyllic village on the eastern edge of Lake Cerknica. As this is a part of the lake that is not as visited by tourists as, for example, the northern part (near Dolenje Jezero), you will be able to discover the beauties of Cerknica field in peace along unmarked paths and enjoy the view of flowering meadows.

ACTIVITIES

In addition to walking paths along the Cerknica field, Žerovnica is also an excellent starting point for a cycling trip around Lake Cerknica or to the Loška dolina, as it is just right away from the main road Cerknica-Bloška Polica. From the apartments you can also walk to the nearby hill - Slivnica (marked path leads from 1 km distant Grahovo) or Križna gora (past the ruins of the castle Šteberk and St. Anne).
