Do you know the story about Notranjska Romeo and Juliet?
UNFORTUNATELY, THE ACTIVITY HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO BAD WEATHER.
You are invited to check other events in the mystical land of Lake Cerknica.
Listen to the story of two castles on opposite sides of Cerknica field (polje) and the unfortunate love that led to the field becoming a lake.
You will experience the story during a canoe trip on Lake Cerknica from Rešeto Bay to Skadulca cave. Somewhere here Jezerko, the waterman, crawled out from one of the caves and advised the young prince how to get from one end of the field to the other by boat. The lake, which sometimes is here, sometimes isn't, has always stirred spirits and inspired this story of Notranjska Romeo in Juliet.
Duration: from 14:00 to 16:00 (2 h)

Necessary equipment: suitable clothes according to weather, snacks, drink and sunscreen; life jackets and a waterproof bag are provided when renting a canoe
